Cancellations and Returns

If you have changed your mind and want to return items, please contact us via email at info@xeosales.com and we will advise you on the returns process. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs and collection cost).

  • In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, we will offer a replacement or a refund, if the items are returned to us within 30 days of receiving. We will not be responsible after 30 days. If you have received the damaged or faulty item, contact us within 30 days of purchase so we can solve the issue.
     
  • You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense if the item is unwanted.
     
  • You must ensure that the unwanted goods are adequately packaged to protect against damaged and are still in a sale-able condition. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us resulting in any damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
     
  • Please ensure you include a returns form detailing your order, name and address.

  • If goods are damaged or faulty photo or video proof will be requested

  • If goods are repairable, we will organise a prepaid collection or provide a returns label. Goods must be packaged and secured. Alternately if the good are easily repairable we can send the replacement parts free of cost.

  • If you decide to cancel you order after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to protect against damaged and are still in a sale-able condition.
